State ARRL convention and CMRA hamfest: August 21

Each Monday evening (except the Monday preceding the meeting) join with the members at the club station on Worley.

Each Wednesday is Club Net at 9:00 p.m. If you’re interested or willing to volunteer for Net Control or if you have questions, contact WMØH, Dewey.

If 2004 appears on your address label your dues have been paid for this year. 

To renew your membership for 2004, see the treasurer at the meeting or mail a check for $20.00, ($25.00 per family) to:

Meeting opened at 7:00 pm .

Minutes read and approved.

Old Bus:

No change on link except the High Power radio is on band.  Packet link is still being looked into.  No firm quote on insurance as yet.  It was voted that if the insurance is under $300 the executive committee can make the decision.

The last old generator has been sold and sorry you didn't get it.

New Bus:

The National Guard is having an exercise this year called Juice '04, they might need help.

AND THEN THE FUN BEGAIN

The annual auction begain and it was even more fun this year than last and if you were not there you sure missed it.  One of the the items I obtained was a wireless mouse and that is really neat and now I wish I had another, maybe next year. 

The auction took in $651.50 which will help with the hamfest.

Speaking of Hamfest it is coming up real quick.  Aug. 21st and Bob W0BUX will be looking for help. 

Join in on the Wednesday evening emergency net for further details.  The net is each Wednesday evening at 9PM and would like all checkins we can get.
