Old Business:

Dale, AE0S, reported that the Fire School Exercise on May 11th was successful. The CMRA was represented by 2 members. Dale noted that additional participation from Boone County would be very welcome for the actual event on May 27 through June 2.

The Club Auction is set for the July meeting. Please bring any equipment that you would be willing to donate to the cause. So far Bob, K0YBN, has collected several items from area businesses. These include:

A Gold Card from Cracker Barrel (a dinner for 2 worth up to $50 depending on what is ordered) Oil change and lube, BBQ Accessories Set 2 - 25' Tape measures, Wire stripper, 2 sweat shirts, 2 golf shirts, One $75 auto detail!

Editorial comment from your temporary secretary: "Please bring your excess equipment and a wad of cash to the July meeting so that you can take home some of this cool stuff. You can clean out your shack, land some great deals, and help the club, all in one fell swoop!"

Brian, KC0MGG was voted into the club. Welcome Brian!

Dale, AE0S, reported that preparations were going well for the upcoming hamfest. Dale recruited vendors at the Joplin, Kansas City, and Lebanon hamfests.

New business:

Program:

The planned speaker had to cancel due to an emergency. We will hope to hear about Field Day preparations at the July meeting.
